FFreedom Park is a place of inclusivity, tolerance of diversity, trust and transparency. Situated on Salvokop in Pretoria it includes a moving memorial with a list of the names of those killed in the South African Wars, World War I, World War II as well as during the apartheid era.
IIt is a cultural institution with a museum and a memorial dedicated to honouring those who contributed to South Africa's liberation struggle. The museum aims to narrate the story of the African continent - from the dawn of humanity, through pre-colonial, colonial and apartheid history to the South Africa of today.
