MMel’s Place has a welcoming open plan North facing family room with sliding French doors onto a patio, pool, garden and barbecue facilities.  There is a flat screen TV in the lounge (and Courtyard bedroom) and free internet access.  The small but well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, fridge, all crockery, cutlery and pots & pans.  Washing machine in the garage.
The Mountain bedroom, with king or twin beds, has a full bathroom en-suite with an inter-leading door to a bedroom with twin beds. Â The Courtyard bedroom, with queen bed and shower en-suite, opens onto a private East facing courtyard.Â
Access to Mel's Place is via remote controlled double garage which leads directly into the family room. Â There is a simple but effective alarm system and neighbourhood watch.
