“Sun Valley Place†is a 3* Star self-catering apartment situated within a private residential property on the beautiful Knysna Lagoon and set between palm trees and an exotic garden.
It is private, luxurious well appointed and comfortable and can accommodate up to four persons.
Its unique location, own entrance, elevated position and its complete separation from the main residence makes it very private and is perfectly suited for couples and honeymooners.
It is within walking distance to Knysna Town Centre and close to all amenities (Lagoon ferries, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, Golf courses, Knysna Quays, beaches and many more)
The Unit is fully equipped including all linen, towels, toiletries, hair drier and iron/board. There is a TV, DSTV (Satellite TV), VCR, CD and DVD players. A Camp Cot is also available on request for babies.
The open plan Kitchenette with solid granite surfaces is extremely well equipped with stainless steel pots and pans, good quality cutlery and crockery and all the necessary appliances including a microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and stove/oven.
A dining/lunch/breakfast nook separates the kitchen from the lounge area.
The bathroom is luxurious with a bath, shower, wash hand basin and bidet. It has beautiful crystal bathroom accessories and mirror and is tiled with superb Italian tiles from floor to ceiling.
The unit has a lovely Sundeck with magnificent views of the Knysna Lagoon. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the surroundings. It has patio chairs, table and private braai/barbeque facilities.
The unit also has a large, safe lawn area for children to play.
A walk-on mooring for a boat can be arranged at our floating jetty and there is a double canoe available for our guests to use at their leisure, all at no extra charge.
This is the ideal holiday/vacation venue for families who enjoy the water, boating and fishing
It is also very affordable. Rates are from ZAR 450.00 to 950.00/night for the apartment depending on the season, number of persons and duration of stay.
This is a truly value for money accommodation establishment and it’s highly recommended.
