TThe farm has evolved significantly over the last few years and guests have the opportunity to participate in a wide selection of activities including wine tasting, guided garden tours, walking tours, essential oil tours, cycling, mountain drives, canoeing, rowing and fishing.

OOne of our ultimate favourites experiences is breakfast at the farm’s signature restaurant, Babel. The restaurant uses locally sourced ingredients and the freshest fruits, dairy products and breads. Lunch and dinner at Babel is a treat too and guests have an excellent variety of dishes to choose from. The Greenhouse is perfect for those wandering through the garden who wish to stop for a refreshing drink or light meal under the oak trees. The Bakery serves a three-course Italian inspired dinner consisting of antipasti, pasta & woodfired pizza and dessert.

The hotel’s spa is one of the best spas in the country and therapists use quality aromatherapy oils and natural herbs, a treat for any guest or visitor.
