MMeetings Africa 2018 is the continent’s premier business events trade show, which enables exhibitors and buyers to maximise networking opportunities by scheduling proactive meetings with prospective, like-minded individuals before arriving at the event. The Business Matchmaking online booking system opened recently, so click here to start setting up those all-important meetings.
The Business Matchmaking Program at Meetings Africa 2018 is a proactive, pre-show platform enabling exhibitors and buyers to view profiles of all participants and select those individuals they want to meet during the event.
The online program provides attendee profiles so that individuals may schedule meeting requests that take place at convenient times at the exhibitor’s stand. For participants with no stands, discussions will take place in the meeting lounge by selecting open tables based on available timeslots. Once confirmed, online diaries allow exhibitors to track all meeting requests in real-time.
The onsite Business Matchmaking team will also assist exhibitors and buyers to track meetings while alleviating any potential conflicts. The platform includes a new text messaging system to track meetings, which will allow the onsite team to call all parties to confirm attendance if necessary. Once Meetings Africa has concluded, the system will allow individuals to remain in contact with identified prospects by providing the ability to direct message participants.
