IIn episode 9, we give Maya, Alice and Saunders a true South African bushveld experience, as they spend the night 'glamping' in Chandelier Game Lodge luxury tents. With views over Swartberg mountains, the lodge is situated in the heart of the Klein Karoo, (just off the famous Route 62, within South Africa's Garden Route,) and is definitely an experience to remember!
Then it's up early for a sunrise meerkat safari at Buffelsdrift Game Lodge to bring us up close to these amazing animals. Watch Maya channel her inner Attenborough, as we watch these unique creatures emerge out of their burrows, just in time to soak up the sun before they head about their daily activities.
